Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Gear & Glam. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Below you will find our complete shipping timelines, processing procedures, and delivery rates.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking data when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer tracked shipping options across New Zealand. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:
- Standard Tracked Shipping (Orders under $100): $10.00
- Express Tracked Shipping (Orders under $100): $20.00
- Free Tracked Shipping: Available for all orders over $100.00
Delivery Timeframes
To keep our inventory curated and prices competitive, our items are dispatched directly from our regional fulfillment centers.
- Express Tracked Delivery: 7 to 14 business days
- Standard Tracked Delivery: 14 to 21 business days
Please note: Total delivery time equals processing time plus transit time.
Delivery Conditions & Signature Requirements
To ensure the security of your purchase, all standard parcels require a signature upon receipt. If you are not home during standard business hours to sign for your parcel, a courier card will be left with instructions to collect your package from your nearest local courier depot.
If your physical address has an active "Authority To Leave" (ATL) agreement with the courier network, the parcel will be left in a safe place at your location without a signature. Gear & Glam is not liable for items confirmed as successfully delivered by courier tracking data under an ATL agreement.
We are currently unable to deliver to standard P.O. Boxes or private storage lockers. A physical residential or business address is required at checkout.
