  • Order Acceptance: The display of products on our store constitutes an invitation to treat. Your order represents an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when your order has been processed, accepted, and dispatched, and a shipping confirmation email has been sent to you.
  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.   • 14-Day Return Window: You are fully entitled to request a return for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions detailed in our Refund & Return Policy.
  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge restocking fees, handling penalties, or processing fees on authorized consumer returns.
